Wood, like all natural materials, has inherent characteristics with respect to color, grain pattern, etc. Due to changes in the environment, over which Sirohi has no control over, there may be slight variations in the characteristics/appearance of each piece of wood.

 

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via UPS Ground. Please review the order confirmation email to confirm the delivery address is correct. Once shipped - an email with tracking will follow. 
Domestic orders over $500 will be shipped with a signature required. 
Please contact hello@sirohinyc.com if you'd like to waive the signature.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable. Please email hello@sirohinyc.com with any questions or concerns.


International Shipping
Please email us at hello@sirohinyc.com for international shipping. We are unable to process international orders online but can make alternative arrangements. 


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sirohinyc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Return Policy
Furniture (Charpai, Bench) & Storage Solutions (Trunks)  - All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. 

Small goods - bags, planters and decor - an exchange or return can be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 15 day window to initiate the return or exchange. 

Sale Items - All sales are final


Damages and issues
Please note that all our products are hand-made using waste and recycled materials including the weave, wood, and metal, and may have idiosyncrasies usually not found in machine-made products . While we ensure that our products are woven with the utmost care and love by skilled artisans, the subtle cracks and chips in the wood and metal frames may whisper stories of their origin.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged please send us photos of the damage.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Please allow 2 weeks for return to be processed. 


Pre-orders
Pre-order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. Shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
